Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), the selected area of law and the description of your matter. This data is used only to answer your inquiry and to provide legal services.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract for legal services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

Personal data is kept until the correspondence ends or consent is withdrawn, unless the law requires a longer period.

Recipients and providers

The site and the form run on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Frankfurt), and inquiries are delivered by email. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the sender is a person. The Google map loads only if you select "Show map".

Cookies

The site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email office@lahtev.bg. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Professional secrecy

All information shared with the attorney is protected by professional secrecy under the Bulgarian Bar Act.
